Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your botanically-dyed apparel in its original packaging.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is scanned to activate real-time tracking for your return.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
